All of our Branches are OPEN and operating to normal opening hours. We have implemented strict social distancing and hygiene measures and we are safely operating within the Government guidelines.
We are delighted that we are able to allow access to our Trade Counters in a COVID-safe manner. Please note that we have installed protective screens at all of our Trade Counters and we ask that you continue to practice 2m social distancing from all of our staff and other customers at all times. We are limiting the number of customers at our Trade Counters at any one time and we may therefore ask you to wait outside or in your vehicle until being advised that it is safe to enter the Branch. Facemasks must be worn by all customers in our Branches in accordance with Government legislation. We thank you in advance for your co-operation.
Orders can be placed in person at the Trade Counter, by email or by calling your local Branch. Collect your supplies at our Trade Counters or Branch Collection Points and deliveries are available.
Our Showrooms have also re-opened on an appointment-only basis. Request your appointment on our new Showroom Appointments page.

Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays)
Saturday 8am to 12pm (Trade Centres) and 9am to 12pm (Showrooms)*
*Our Carnoustie Place Showroom is open from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
