Please note that our delivery service has been slightly amended in line with strict social distancing and hygiene measures as follows:
- We are operating kerbside delivery only. We regret that, in the interests of minimising the potential spread of the virus, our staff will not be entering residential homes or business premises at this time. We therefore ask that you ensure that you will be able to safely receive your goods on the appointed delivery day. Where requested, our Driver will contact you prior to making the delivery to advise you of an estimated delivery time.
- We will not ask you to sign the delivery slip. Instead, our Driver will sign the paperwork on your behalf, noting the date and time of delivery, together with the name of the individual receiving the goods.
- Our Drivers will be wearing appropriate PPE and practising strict hygiene measures between each delivery point.
- Oban Area Customers: We are pleased to be able to offer our usual Oban delivery run. Please note that this is limited to once per week at this time. We will resume twice-weekly deliveries to the Oban area as soon as possible.
We appreciate that this still represents a reduced delivery service level. We will adapt and improve our delivery offering as quickly as possible in the current circumstances.
We are also hopeful that we will be able to allow some limited access to our Trade Counters in the coming weeks as we will shortly be installing protective screens to facilitate greater customer interaction and, crucially, enable an increased level of customer service. In the meantime, we would like to thank all of our customers for their continued understanding and support over the past weeks.
